Game crashes

Hello. just installed the game today and after some help from a friend got everything figured out and was able to log in. After logging in and making my character.. the game crashed when going into the beginning area. It crashes and bugs out at the "Entering game...please wait". Any idea what i need to do in order to get it to work? I am running windows 8 on a toshiba laptop thats not even a year old yet. Thanks.... and it has crashed multiple times.

make sure you have direct x updated. and see if right clicking run as admin would help. perhaps try logging into pve realm see if that helps as i find new sunstream laggy on pvp.

make sure ur graphic  is low in Sunstream .  The Map is to big , and even new PCs have problems with this map . 

-If u fight new class like Kytos and Pysea you will crashed maybe too.
 -If pys port to often , u get crashed .
 - Kytos use Aoe , u feel like u are drunk or some and most ppls get crashed .
 
But still Private Servers with Chinese version ,
that got translate and run on new version dont have problem with crashed
