Crashes by entering Sunstream

Alot of people probably already get tons of crashes from even porting into sunstream. I have to deal with this ranging from every time i log on and im in SS or every 10 minutes or half hour I'm in there.
It's really starting to get annoying. Because it's the same damn thing every time.
Allview told me to update my directX and it isnt even helping.
Any solutions, please? I run my graphics at medium. My computer has the capability to run them at high when I'm not in Sunstream.
